Flagium AI operates a software-as-a-service (SaaS) financial intelligence terminal delivering systematic equity risk analysis, forensic signals, and valuation diagnostics.
By subscribing to any paid plan (Pro, Professional, Enterprise) or activating a complimentary trial, you agree to the cancellation, billing, and refund terms outlined in this policy.
02. Free Trials & Complimentary Access
We encourage users to evaluate Flagium AI prior to purchasing. We offer generous evaluation opportunities including:
- Free Forever Tier: Continuous access to top forensic risk flags and market monitoring with zero financial commitment.
- 3-Month Complimentary Pro Trial: Available for individual investors to experience unlimited risk investigations without an upfront credit card mandate.
- 30-Day Professional Trial: Available for certified wealth managers, research analysts, and advisors to test multi-portfolio oversight and branded reporting.
No charges occur upon the expiration of complimentary trials unless you explicitly choose to subscribe to a paid billing plan.
03. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your paid recurring subscription at any time:
- Self-Service: Navigate to your Profile & Settings page and click "Manage Subscription" or "Cancel Subscription".
- Email Support: Alternatively, submit a written cancellation request to [email protected] from your registered account email.
Upon cancellation, future auto-renewals will be terminated immediately. You will retain uninterrupted access to all paid features through the end of your current pre-paid billing term (monthly or annual). We do not levy any cancellation penalties or fees.
04. Refund Policy & Eligibility
Because Flagium AI provides immediate, instant access to proprietary quantitative financial signals, datasets, and downloadable PDF dossiers, refunds are governed by the following clear guidelines:
7-Day Cooling-off Guarantee (Initial Purchase)
If you purchase an initial monthly or annual paid plan and determine that Flagium does not suit your research workflow, you are eligible for a full 100% refund if requested within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase date, provided excessive programmatic data scraping or bulk export abuse has not occurred.
Annual Renewal Grace Window
For annual subscriptions, if your card was automatically renewed and you did not wish to continue, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the renewal charge. The refund will be granted minus any transactional gateway processing charges.
Duplicate / Billing Discrepancies
If you experience a duplicate payment or incorrect charge due to a technical anomaly, you will receive a full 100% refund immediately upon verification.
05. Refund Processing Timeline
Once an eligible refund request is approved by our billing team:
- The refund is initiated via our payment gateway (Razorpay / Stripe) within 24 to 48 business hours.
- The credited amount will reflect in your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Bank Account) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your issuing bank's settlement cycle.
All refunds are credited strictly to the original source account used at checkout in accordance with RBI & payment aggregator regulatory guidelines.
06. Non-Refundable Items & Enterprise Contracts
Custom enterprise deployments, dedicated private API pipelines, and custom quantitative model engineering billed under Master Services Agreements (MSAs) are non-refundable once technical onboarding or customized engineering delivery has commenced.
